"Telephone call regarding appointment"

I telephoned Euxton Hall on 07 October 2014 and spoke with a member of staff as I wasn't sure if I had an appointment that day or the following week. It transpired that it was in fact that day and therefore I could not make it. I did feel very guilty as I appreciate the importance of consultants time and that a wasted appointment is one that could have helped another person in more need. I explained to them that I had just been given a new job and my thoughts had been elsewhere and that I was very sorry. They were extremely gracious about this and kindly explained my choices and asked me what I would like to do. As they were so helpful I asked their name and have now completed this form. People are quick to complain and should also give praise where due. Julie Bartlett
