"Felt respected and listened to"

I felt the urinary specialist I saw at the PRH in Telford treated me with respect and listened carefully to my explanation of the symptoms I was experiencing and the length of time it had taken to convince my GP to request a referral to see a specialist.

The specialist at the PRH told me what the next step in the procedure would be to enable him to decide what further treatment he recommends. It will obviously be sometime before I know the outcome of my referral to PRH.
