I was disappointed with the time I was told I would wait for laser treatment (18 weeks)
I was not contacted in the time TRAQS told me I would be. They said if I had not heard in 8-10 weeks to phone. I phoned TRAQS after 9 weeks and they said they had heard nothing and told me to phone a number they gave me. Who didn’t know anything they said it could be mid-November. My eyesight was getting worse.
A week later I got a letter to say attend Euston House in September. When I mentioned to the Dr what I was told he said they usually see patients within 12 weeks. Why wasn't I told the truth in the first place?
