"TRAQS is a good idea"

About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

GP service was good, so was TRAQS good. Do think having TRAQS to forward your appointments on to correct service that each person needs, helps to get a quicker appointment through for a sooner date. Twice now has been good for myself.
