The wait to see a nurse is terrible. I waited 2 hours and i was not best impressed. The time to see a nurse in a+e is much less. When you are not feeling well the last thing you want is to be sitting arround for 2 hours.
The nurses seemed to spend more time behind the reception desk than in the clinic rooms and when you did see the nurse it was a quick in out job - less than 5 minns.
There were roughly 10 pts in waiting room. 10 x 5 mins? You do the maths, its not 120 mins which is how long i had to wait.
