"No confidence"

About: Torbay Hospital

From start to finish very poor. Parking a nightmare; reception staff far too busy chatting to give entire attention; told to take contacts out and then nurse realised I needed them for eye test; nurse gave wrong eye drops - dilation instead of constriction on doctor's orders; told to wait an hour then told laser op impossible and to come back another day. First of all my time is very valuable - just like everyone else's nowadays no time to sit around the hospital and then to be told to come back another day. Secondly - total incompetence - I have no faith; if they can get the drops wrong then what about the treatment - help. Asking to go to another hospital or might just not have treatment. Poor and disappointing. Clerical Officer who assisted me a great help!
