About: Torbay Hospital

I have had regular appointments at the Eye clinic at Torbay hospital for the past 15 months and have had a number of lucentis injections which are of course ongoing May I say how much the appointment system amd patient experience has improved in that time.This is due to a large extent to a member of staff who does a superb job as macular enquiry co-ordinator. It benefits the patients greatly to be able to have a named point of contact and this person is throughly professional in the way she deals with patients and is a credit to your hospital.I do hope that the present system will carry on Thank you Jean Edwards
