"Most of the nurses on dads ward ..."

About: Chesterfield Royal Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

Most of the nurses on dads ward very kind

What could be improved

The rest of the nursing staff some need to learn how to smile 1 night nurse actually frightend dad.

Anything else?

We were not told of dads progress no cause was found for his illness and no further test were carried out.more communication between nurses and doctors is a must we had to ask for help for when he came home nothing had been arranged we were phoned thursday morning and told we could take him.He had to stay another night because we had no arrangements made .The help that we have been offered was from the red cross which will be of no use as he has difficulty getting up and down stairs and dressing at the moment he is still very weak.No proper discharge plan at all we are very very disappointed with the royal .
