"The care that my son has received ..."

What I liked

The care that my son has received is first class. We have always been fully aware of what is happening, consulted and treated with dignity and respect. All of the staff of Ward 5, when my son was initially admitted in 2007 and subsequent visits, have truly been a godsend and we had and continue to have absolute faith and trust in everything that they did and do has always been for the best, the same is true for all of the Consultants, Registrars etc. It has been faultless and we can never thank the staff involved enough, including the lovely Domestics.

What could be improved

Canteen - having to spend a considerable amount of time away from home it is quite expensive and some of the attitudes of the catering staff could be improved!
