I went in for a routine hernia repair. Everything went really well. The nursing staff were professional but friendly and welcoming. The surgical team were also professional, they explained everything really well and I went down for my surgery at the on time. I was back on the ward in just over an hour and a quarter and awake from my general anaesthetic. Went home at about as soon as I had met all the criteria and the nurses looked after me exceptionally well. Its never good going into hospital but I don't believe I would have had better service privately. Good job!
