"100% happy with all aspects"

I had an open shoulder stabilisation op on sep 8 2014. From being admitted I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed in the waiting room. All through the day I was updated and made to feel relaxed which was a good thing. the anaesthetists were hqppy and chatty. When I came round I can't remember much but never wanted for anything. Tea coffee lunch breakfast was all good and the room was cleaned regularly by courteous friendly staff. This was my first overnight stay in hospital and considering the procedure I was actually a pleasant experience from start to finish. I have been attending physio for 2 weeks and massive improvements already
