"Orthopaedic out patients department"

About: Royal Derby Hospital

Clinic staff from receptionist to Registrar all treated me with respect and dignity. The clinic was very clean and ran on time. All my paperwork x rays etc were available for Registrar to make diagnosis and discuss future treatment. There was opportunity for me to discuss future care, I was then placed on waiting list. Before leaving leaflets regarding my surgery and rehabilitation were given. All first class.

Dear Ms Wood, Many thanks for providing us with your lovely comments regarding your recent visit to our Orthopaedic Outpatient Clinic at the Royal Derby Hospital. All patient feedback is very important to us, whether positive or negative, as this gives us the opportunity to share good practice, learn lessons and wherever possible, implement changes to improve the care and services we provide to all our patients. I will certainly share your feedback with the staff in the Orthopaedic Clinic as I am sure they also will be most appreciative. In the meantime, many thanks once again for taking the time to provide us with this important feedback of your experience and may I also take the opportunity to wish you very best wishes for the future. Kind regards From the Patient Experience Team on behalf of Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
