Text from the relative of a Service User to the CPN involved in the care read as follows:

"Hi, I meant to contact you before now but time is slipping away so fast. I wanted to thank you with all my heart for everything you did for my parents. Your caring, listening and advice was absolutely invaluable. There is no comparison between how they were and how they are now. You made a huge difference to my dad by listening to his grief and helping him learn to cope. In turn mum is much happier and is showing an interest in things again. We are all very grateful.
