"Great patient focus and professionalism"

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was attending Ward 19 (Paediatrics) at Wishaw General recently and was very apprehensive about getting a blood taken. Attended the ward and staff were very comforting, caring, professional and totally understood his anxieties, They focused on the patient and kept reassuring and managed to get the blood test done without hassle. They also reassured and spoke to him afterwards making sure he was ok and settled before leaving. The professionalism and attention to my son was fantastic.
