"Colorectal Surgery"

My daughter had colorectal surgery in August this year, we were very pleased with the care from her consultant before and after her operation. She has had surgery at another hospital several times before and the aftercare was awful, which was why we changed to Broomfield. The consultant is a very nice man who explains everything so that you understand all that is happening, he doesn't make you feel that you are being a nuisance by asking questions. The nursing staff in Heybridge Ward were lovely and the care and attention they gave my daughter was very much appreciated, nothing was to much trouble, unlike the previous hospital we attended.
