"Impressed with my son's care at Royal United Hospital Bath "

I am well aware of the reputation the NHS has with regards to care, but following my son being admitted to Bath RUH for a small op in the day patients surgery, i was thoroughly impressed by the staff, especially the nurses.

He was looked after incredibly by the surgeon, who made sure i understood what was going on and called me in straight away when my son was out of surgery and gave me a further explanation as to what they carried out.

Furthermore, the nurses were brilliant with him, made him really happy and comfortable and checked on him every 5-10 minutes.

The staff at RUH are exceptional and they deserve more credit for a job very well done.
