About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Gateshead)

I was admitted to the Peter Smith day surgery unit for Tennis Elbow Release on the 6/10/2014 and I was under the care of my consultant and his in "Pods" team. I wish to take this opportunity to thank all members of staff from this unit for the most professional care I received from reception to discharge. Thank you. David Graydon.
