"Satisfaction personified"

Following my consultant's recent letter, I am happy to respond in the most positive way concerning the hospital and in particular the consultant himself. Such highly qualified surgeons are often distant and aloof which can cause anxiety, but mine is completely the opposite with a quiet and warm manner. He has the ability to put one at ease, which was quite true in my case. I am sure he is a great asset to Goring Hall. As to the hospital itself I have nothing but praise. the staff were highly professional and friendly. Indeed with a few I was able to converse in Dutch/Afrikaans which was a pleasant surprise. Full marks all round!
