When visiting a ward in Wishaw General Hospital a patient indicated how clean her room was and how good the cleaning staff were, being extremely efficient and the one in her ward was very energetic. The patient was elderly and had undergone major surgery. She was also complementary of nursing and medical care. She asked if I would post this on the Web site for her.
