This summer the appointment system at my GP Practice: Davyhulme Medical Centre changed.
Now when you phone up there are different time slots for you to phone throughout the morning according to the type of appointment you want to make. So, you ring at a certain time for a telephone appointment, another time for an on the day appointment and a different time for an appointment in the future.
This new system isn't very patient friendly.
