What I liked
i went for a blood test on my last available holiday this calender year,the Q was that long that after 2 hours waiting and still 32 patients in front of me i left, i,m a lorry driver so i had to do a week of local deliveries and use my last days holiday costing me in the region of £200 in lost wages to attend the clinic and did,nt even get it done,i have never been so disgusted in such poor service
What could be improved
more staff, and doing blood tests at more conveniant times for people that actually work during the week
