"Dr does not listen!!!"

Went here for a referral for paediatric ENT wanted Basildon but wait was too long. 10 year old daughter had non stop ear infections and ear aches since may. Basildon done emergency suctioning went to this referral to check her ears to see if grommets were needed. Dr did not listen to me at all, tried telling me that she would not have passed out due to the ear infections, said that suctioning would not of stopped the ear aches which it did, everything I tried to ask but cut short. Basically told me that her ears would not hurt from middle ear infection!!
