About: Colchester General Hospital

I had to undergo an intrusive exploratory procedure recently, which could have been very unpleasant, but for the attitude of the staff who dealt with me. They were, without exception, kind, pleasant and patient. They explained what was to happen, why it was necessary and did their best to reassure me at every stage. Their kindness really helped me so I just want to say Thank You and please keep up the excellent work!
