What I liked

there is absolutely nothing to like about this place, the staff are rude, have no respect for personal feelings and have a very bad attitude, not approachable at all. they had my nan in tears on many occasions. she had to go back in hospital because of pure neglagance, she has bed sores and ulcers all over her legs. she is now recovering yet again in another rehab centre called the arc and it is fantastic. i would recomend it over this place any day!

What could be improved

everything, there is nothing good about the place at all!

i think ive said it all, just dont send your loved ones there, its worse than a prison!
