"Massive thank you"

About: Chippenham Community Hospital

I kept telling the NHS that this bout of pain was not endometriosis yet every admission etc they would put that as a diagnosis. I was disappointed at first with the errors in booking my initial appointment because at first it was cancelled and I received incorrect letters. I was looking forward to my first appointment when they called to cancel, I was so desperate for help and arranged time off etc. Fortunately they let me come even though it was the incorrect physio, my pain was minimal that day until I had my session. The physio found the problem. It wasn't endometriosis. Huge shout out the physio's. The one I saw first listened to my medical history, didn't interrupt, asked appropriate questions as my story is complex and was supportive. I was transferred to another who specialises in women's health. We got on so well, again they listened, was supportive and have fixed my problem. I am now in further pain this time more than likely due to endometriosis. The physio saw me as a "sos". My experience of the department is very positive and I can not thank all staff involved enough.
