"Appalling manner towards patient"

About: Retford Hospital

I took my Mother to see the Doctor today. We waited an hour and half to be seen without anyone explaining what the issue was. We were then called in to see the Doctor who really did not have a clue at what point my Mother was in her treatment. The Doctor was very patronising and lacked patient care. I am a Practitioner in the NHS myself and was absolutely disgusted with the treatment given. My Mother came away very upset and despondent saying she was never going to a Doctor again.
