Got a letter the other day saying 'why didn't you come for your appointment on the 22nd of Septmber?' with a new appointment date in February. Rang them to tell them I'd never been told about the 22nd of September one. They told me my case had been signed off and they didn't know why I had been called in. Thinking it was going to be the botox injection in my eye I'd been waiting for, I went in today, the 6th of October, only to find that no one really knew what was going on, with the exception of one member of staff, who agreed that my eye needed the botox shot (I have known this since June of this year, and have been waiting for appointment ever since), that the scare that they'd given me about thyroid levels previously was unjustified, and that I could get an appointment date for the botox shot at reception. They couldn't give me an exact date, but told me it'd be some time in April or May next year! 10 or 11 months after I first was told about it! The place displays an utter lack of communication between colleagues, and the couple of times I've been there, it's always been like this. Meanwhile, the eye problem continues unabated. Thanks, Moorfleld, for being an awful lot worse than useless.
