"Impossible to get through on the phone"

I had a biopsy at Whipps Cross 2 weeks ago, and was told that I would be sent details of a follow up appointment by post, this never happened. I have spent 2 days trying to contact someone to sort this out. At one point, I was left waiting in a telephone queue for 45 minutes, and when I was finally transferred, I was hung up on. Absolutely appaling service, when someone is waiting to find out whether or not they have cancer. Disgraceful, I would urge people to use any hospital other than this.
