I have been rushed in royal preston hospital a few times now and the last time i did not get a ambulance, i had trouble with my breathing, couldn't catch my breath i had to find my own way to the hospital luckily my partner had a car and drove me there, after a long wait of crying and endless pain they gave me one tablet after 2 hours, the tablet stopped my crying but did not stop the pain, they did not check blood pressure, temperature, or any of the stuff they should normally have to do, I had a junior doctor who was lazy, playing on a phone checking text messages and was also talking about their sleeping patten. They gave my an x-ray said they couldn't really see much and just told me to wait till my appointment which was almost 2 months away. I've had a hip problem 8 years and every other hospital has sorted everything out as fast as they could. Now they have sent me a letter after I had my appointment and said phone this number for any problems with your appointment and I phone the number they give me and 20 minutes went bye and I put the phone down. I found the number for the main hospital and they answer within a minute and say oh you're phoning a secretary and then says hold on a sec and my phones now been ringing 35 minutes... its a joke i just wanted to know what my new appointment was for.
"lazy and rude workers!"
