"My treatment was amazing"

About: Southampton General Hospital

I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when I was 7 and I am now nearly 10. I have had really fantastic treatment by the doctors and specialist nurses since I have been diagnosed and they have been very nice to me and given me lots of choices. I was a bit afraid of being in hospital to begin with but they all made me feel much better and we're very sympathetic and supportive to me and my mum and dad.
