"...I have found appointments have not been sent out. It seems to be always at the start of treatment as once you are inside the system it is better. I have had to chase up Alder Hey twice when my relative was starting treatment or waiting for an appointment for 2 separate clinics, one of them was supposed to be an emergency appointment. When I rang I was told their card must have gone astray from A&E. "
