"Breast Surgery and Sarah Ward Stay"

Under a week ago, I had breast surgery at Guy's and stayed for two further nights in Sarah Ward. I was blown away by the compassion and care received while I was there. The pre-op admissions nurses in Tower Ward, the anesthetist, surgeons, recovery nurses, and ward nurses were all caring and reassuring. I was attended to regularly and concerns were promptly addressed. My pain was managed effectively and I felt as though my dignity and privacy were respected. Everyone was so kind and genuine. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
