I was a victim of a broken nose 2 weeks ago & after visiting A&E i was referred to the ad-hoc ENT department. I was then scheduled in for a procedure just a week later and was admitted to the day case ward at the treatment centre. All the staff were excellent, and particular credit to the nurses who looked after me. I wasn't having major surgery, but this was my first general anesthetic and as such, was quite anxious. However, their care was faultless. A credit to the NHS.
