Went for an appointment recently consultant was very arrogant and rude totally dissatisfied with his approach towards helping people with epilepsy he has no peoples skill or compassion towards people who are diagnosed with epilepsy no aftercare etc very very very unhappy cannot believe a professional can behave in this way hope nobody has to encounter the experience I have been through with this consultant, The secretary and neurology appointments clerk are absolutely fab cannot praise them enough
