"Very satisfied. Seen in less than the four hour..."

About: North Middlesex Hospital

Went to the North Mid A&E on 4-10-14 with a suspected broken toe. Arrived around 9 50am. Waited around 1.5 hours to be called which I find very good. The Receptionists were friendly particularly the first lady. Registration was painless. There was a man with issues shouting around the department. Security were present. The man kept going up to a patient and annoying her. I feel security should have moved him away from her. when called the main I saw was pleasant and checked my toe. X Ray forms were quickly processed and off I went to X Ray. After a short wait I was seen in clean modern facilities and X Ray done. After a short wait I saw the same member of staff as I saw earlier. He showed me the break on the X Ray and patched me up. I was given dressings and advice on healing. I was very satisfied with my experience. I used the toilets on the way out which was clean. I caught the 444 bus right outside that took me straight to Turnpike Lane Tube.
