"Quck and thorough treatment at my doctor's surgery"

I telephoned my surgery in Wath-upon-Dearne to ask for an appointment to see a doctor as my medication review was due. I was offered an appointment that morning with Dr Pett.

When I attended she was running slightly late. When Dr Pett called my name she apologised immediately for keeping me waiting.

I first told her that I required one item from my list. She went on to ask me how I was doing with all the medication on my list, one of which I had reduced as a result of changing my diet. Dr Pett issued my medication and then went on to ask about alcohol and smoking to which I am happy to say no to both.

Dr Pett weighed me. I then thanked her for her time and I left. Dr Pett was very efficient and pleasant throughout.

I was delighted to have been seen very quickly and able to return to work without delay.
