Gynea Ward: Wow! Did we walk into a show hospital? Staff, cleanliness, engagement, care all perfect. The staff were incredible and believe me we are not easy to please! Well done to all a true testament to NHS at its very best - made me wonder why I am paying a fortune for private medicine. A & E very busy, treated as if we were the most important patients there, saw the same care and respect being given to all, well done A & E surely this is Best Practice.
