All members of staff from top Doctors to the girls in the cafe are friendly and helpfull.Visiting Hospital is never really fun but being treated pleasantly makes it bearable.I visited recently for an MRI scan and tolerated the tunnel of the machine for 30secs. before I pressed the panic button (what a wimp) the operator was there straight away and brought me out no problem 10 out of 10 for patient care.

Dear Mr Marshall, Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on the care you received recently at Wansbeck. It is very important to us as an organisation to develop an excellent reputation for care that is always safe, high in quality but also caring - we know how important all three aspects are to our patients. I am so glad that you were struck by the friendliness of all our staff whatever their role or contribution. I've had an MRI and know that the confined space can be a problem for many of our patients - it's why we have the button there in the first place so please dont beat yourself up about this. It's reassuring to know that the operator was there to immediately respond - we wouldnt want to subject any of our patients to an assessment that frightened them.
