"Appointments great - shame about Phlebotomy &..."

I regularly visit the hospital for check ups due to a chronic illness. I find the nurses and doctors offer great service, can't fault them. However, I have on many occasion found the reception staff at outpatients miserable. Also, once you manage to have blood taken that's great but the often two hour wait after collecting a ticket is very frustrating, then you find there is only one person on taking blood and no apologies for the wait.
