I contacted the centre via my Dr because I need help. My first appointment, got there and no record of my appointment. Second time I went the same. Third time I went, I checked in, sat and waited for 1 n half hours.
I went to the guy at reception to see how much longer as I was due back at work. He phoned the nurse I was supposed to see, Oh she forgot! Thanks for your support Fitzwilliam. It has taken me years to pluck up the courage to ask for help.
