"A smooth and very efficient process"

About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was referred to an Opthalmic consultant after a routine eye test. TRAQS rang me to arrange an appointment at the Queens Road consultancy room Donnington with Dr Paul Effiong. All was very efficient and smooth and Dr Effiong was delightful and thorough.
