My husband and myself visited the fracture clinic this morning , and waited for over 2 hours after the appointment time...my husband then asked at the desk about how much longer we would have to wait , and luckily a nurse standing at the desk was able to ascertain that instead of his form being put in the waiting tray The desk clerk had actually filed it in the finished pile.....I was sitting close to the desk clerks. And it was very apparent that their knowledge and administration was rather bad Also their manner not friendly and everything too much trouble.....By the time we left the clinic we had been in the car park over 3 hours just for a 10 minute appointment ......A lovely new clinic. Shame about the poor administration of desk clerks who didn't have the decency to appologise
