"Exceptional service"

My partner recently need the minor injuries unit. We were seen swiftly by professional experienced wonderful staff. I had a foot operation recently and once again the service that I received was exceptional. The staff kept me informed of what was going to happen and when, they were friendly, professional, they could not do enough to make sure that I was comfortable and well cared for. I cannot rave about the minor injury and orthopedic service at Queen Mary's enough. The staff and facilities there are brilliant. :)
