"HSG in Radiology Department"

I attended the radiology department yesterday for an HSG appointment. I would like to highly commend the staff that I dealt with at the hospital. I got stuck in traffic on the way to my appointment and was feeling quite stressed about it. I rang the department and was worried they would tell me that I would have to miss my appointment. The lady I spoke to was very kind and reassuring. Upon arriving for my appointment the radiographer and her assistant were brilliant. They put me at ease and explained the procedure fully to me. I felt safe and confident with them and felt involved in what was happening. Even though the procedure was a little uncomfortable at times I was ok as the radiographer continued to check if I was alright and continued to inform me what was happening. A really good experience for me of patient centered care. Thank you very much.
