When I called to make an appointment the answer message said that there was a high volume of calls so this call will be terminated; so I tried again and again. I gave up and tried early in the morning to hear the same message; after 3 times I was connected only to be told that the booking in system was down and I couldn't be booked in! I said "you're joking?", "I'm not in this chair to joke" came the curt retort. I asked when it would be back on and she couldn't say when. I tried online but the Finchley Memorial isn't listed. I suggest that the answer message should have been changed to say that the booking in system is down and patients don't waste their time.
