"rheumatology"

I have been a rheumatology patient for around 3 years now and have always been happy with the receptionists who are very caring and the nurses and the consultant is very good and supportive. I feel in very safe hands. I have been in other departments in the hospital and have found most of them good with understandable waiting times. Sometimes the staff don't have much time but there is no surprise with the NHS constraints and it certainly isn't their fault they are overbooked and very busy is it!! I love that the hospital is close by to my home. The only negative point is the car parking fees. I often have to have blood tests for my condition and to have to pay £2.40 or something like that every time is a bit annoying. it would be far better to allow 30 minutes free grace from time of parking just in case you need to pop to pharmacy to collect etc!
