"Awful Receptionists"

I was very sad to see 2 receptionists using Facebook on their computers when we came for an appointment, luckily they were not interrupted from their 'work' time at the tax payers expense as there were 2 electronic 'sign in' computers that patients were encouraged to use.. This makes me wonder why the tax payer is paying for 2 receptionists to 'play' on the internet at our expense. I have no problems with the nursing staff,doctors and consultants. My visit was to door 3 on 1 Oct 2014 3.45-5.30pm. Sorry that I do not give more information about who has made this complaint, but I am worried it will impact on clinical care.
