"Pleasant and helpful"

About: Ayrshire Central Hospital / Douglas Grant Rehabilitation Centre

(as the patient),

I have been attending the Douglas Grant Rehabilitation Center for about 10 years for M. S. and have always found everyone to be very pleasant and helpful.

The communication is excellent and never have to wait long for an answer

when phoning or changing an appointment time. A very professional team where everyone is busy doing their individual duties with confidence and a smile.

I look forward to my appointments as a day out.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
