About: Tameside General Hospital

(as the patient),

I have seen three consultants at this hospital over recent years. I have to admit that every single one has had an awful attitude problem and has been aggressive.

I am very sorry to read of your experiences. We have undertaken a number of programmes to improve doctor:patient communications, although we recognise there is always room for improvement. If you could let me have any more details about your experiences, I would be very grateful. This would help me to address this matter.
