Over this year I have been taken to accident and emergency several times. This is mostly due to mental health reasons, but there been other reasons as well. I suffer from anxiety and hate hospital (because of family circumstances).
The staff there were great. If I got emotional, they would just sit and talk to me and offer a friend smile and a chat, even though the department was busy at the time. It felt like I wasn't just a number, I was actually being listen to.
Yesterday I was in and told the nurse something and she referred me to somebody who could help. She sat and listen to me. I think all the nurses do a wonderful job. Thank you
